Mr. Isaak has over 10 years working with the ESRI technology stack and related technologies. He has experience managing enterprise GIS landscapes in both physical and virtual environments and values integration with other systems. His interests include cloud architecture, web server administration, driving a common operating picture and streamlining access to enterprise geographic data in diverse and dynamic organizations. He brings real world knowledge and a proven track record of aligning GIS technologies with business needs. He has comprehensive experience creating data, presenting compelling cartographic documents, and developing enterprise scale solutions applicable to a wide range of disciplines.

Mr. Wallenborn has over 30 years of experience in a wide range of GIS and Engineering projects. He has had extensive experience in general, Architectural, Civil Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural hand drafting from preliminary layouts and conceptual designs to final construction documents, shop drawings and as-builts. Proficient with the Uniform Building, Plumbing and Electrical Code as well as ICBO, ANSI, ASTM and ISO criteria. Managed construction sites and later taught Construction Estimating. Developed CAD/Graphic and GIS standards for engineers, designers and drafters. Most recently prepared department standards, procedures and security requirements for several regulatory agencies, to include the City of San Diego GIS department, the Port of LA Engineering Department and the Port of San Diego Engineering, Port Police and Homeland Security Departments.

Mr. Carroll is a GIS Analyst with 7+ years of experience working with GIS in support of regulatory efforts at the Federal, State and Municipal level. He has substantial experience supporting biologists and landuse planners in Southern California. He holds degrees in geography and polical science. Ryan brings a thorough understanding of the ESRI technology stack of GIS software and its application. He also brings knowledge of the principles of cartographic presentation, experience with CAD integration, and the proven ability to manage project workflows. He has a track record of finishing projects on-time and within budget. His work at Evari GIS Consulting has involved several projects where data creation and management have been key components. His particular interests include natural resource management, environmental geography, political science and cartographic document creation for regulatory reports.
